2010 Admission for HUFS-UPEACE Dual Master's Program

Characteristics
Students who complete the course will receive two master's degrees, one each from HUFS and UPEACE.
Scholarships
- Scholarships while studying at HUFS vary in amount.
- Scholarships while studying at UPEACE will depend on UPEACE's own regulations.
Qualifications
- Graduates or anticipated graduates of a four-year university who are recognized by law as being university graduates (Admission is open to all undergraduate majors)
- A high level of English language proficiency is required
- Special consideration will be given to applicants with previous experiences in peace-related activities.

* Applicants must be able to arrive in Korea before the scheduled interview and writing exam.

Documents required for application
- Application Form (form available online during application period)
- Certificate(s) of university graduation and transcript(s) of all university studies
*two copies each: one in English and the other in Korean
*must be officially endorsed documents
- Curriculum Vitae and Statement of Purpose (you can download a form after online application)
*must be submitted in printed versions and also uploaded on the website
- One Letter of Recommendation in English
*Recommenders should use official stationary, seal the envelope and sign across the seal.
- English Proficiency Test Score : TOEFL / IELTS
*Native speakers of English or those who have graduated from English speaking universities ( or graduate schools) are not required to submit the test scores, but relevant proof must be submitted.
Application Fee
- KRW 70,000
*An additional fee of KRW 5,000 is applied for online application.
Instructions
- Applicants should fill out the application form online and send a printed copy with other documents to the Administrative Office of the GSIAS (mail submission accepted).
- Certificates and Transcripts issued from foreign countries must be officially translated and endorsed.
- Submission by mail should be registered and arrive by the due date.
- Submitted materials will not be returned.
